I enjoy the teaching aspect of tutoring. If I did not go to university for civil engineering I would go to university to become a teacher.

I think as I have been tutored before I knew what worked for me and what didn't so I could apply those ideas. This also means that I have had the same concepts explained in multiple ways and I can use that experience to help the children better.

I think patience is the most important skill a tutor can have. Some students don't understand a concept right away, I had to have a concept explained to me multiple times before and if the tutor was patient I was not scared to ask.
