What I enjoy most about tutoring is the opportunity to help individuals grasp challenging concepts and witness the "aha" moments when they gain a deeper understanding. It's fulfilling to see students build confidence in their abilities and gives me a sense of accomplishment and positive impact on someone's academic progress makes tutoring such a rewarding experience for me.

The most crucial aspect of a tutor's role is to offer appropriate care through critical feedback, praise, and effective communication. During my Year 12, I struggled significantly with burnout due to the stress of being in a competitive school. My tutors reached out to me during that time, which greatly helped me get back on my feet. I feel a strong connection to fellow students who have experienced burnout, as I believe every student deserves to talk to someone who has been through it all and understands that schooling is not a solo journey.
