What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I enjoy seeing my students improve and grow. I think the most rewarding thing about tutoring is seeing my students starting to understand and engage with the content and seeing them get excited about learning.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I think my strengths come from the experience as a student when I was struggling I knew that in a big classroom its easy to get neglected or left behind. Being able to communicate and teach from this perspective definitely helps my students a lot. I am able to explain complex concepts and terms in simple words and I always try to understand my students problem areas from their point of view. My best strengths comes from experience, being empathetic, and being a good listener.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I think the most important thing I can do for my students is to help them achieve their goals or improve their grades by understanding what they understand from the content. Most of the time when Im tutoring, I allow my students to engage with the subject and try to explain what they're doing and giving them more confidence to try, make errors and improve. Another thing is giving them support by giving more room to make errors early on and improve. These were one of the things that hindered my progress and school and getting past this stage will allow students to grow.
