What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
Tutoring provides the best working experience. Personally, I love being a tutor since I wish to exercise my professional skills from my strong academic background and leadership. I aim to see more top achievers in my subject that also prove myself as an exceptional tutor. In fact, I received great happiness from being part of a successful academic journey. It is always a sense of accomplishment seeing my students improve and thrive, especially when weak students start to find the interest and motivation in learning Maths.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
From my experience as the 2022 SPFSC highest exam achiever and peer mentor, I believe I have potential and great teaching skills to lift others in the same field. Moreover, my strong leadership skills, management, organization and communication skills guarantee my professionalism in tutoring impressively. I am capable in providing the best lectures, assessing activities, design practical tasks, and even providing videos for revisions. I do trust that by working on various types of activities builds their capabilities for more complex ideas. Hopefully, they will achieve A+ in Maths.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
An excellent tutor must have broad professional knowledge, organization and communication skills that enable students to learn interestingly and effectively. The knowledge and the ability to design lessons, lesson activities, practical tasks and weekly tests are important aspects of successful tutoring. For instance, breaking down complex concepts, planning sufficient time for different activities, allocating group discussions and lab experiments further the scientific knowledge taught. The important role of assessing the students, so that the students get to know their weakness and strengths.
