When I engage in tutoring, I enjoy most learning how to cater to a particular student's needs and learning style. Every student I have encountered has had different strengths/weaknesses and different ways of motivating students; getting to know each student and adapting accordingly is an incredibly rewarding part of the role.My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
My strengths as a student are (1) my ability to make complex concepts, especially in maths, tangible to confused students and (2) my willingness to get to know and engage with any individual student.Most important things I can do for a student π
The two most important things a tutor can do for a student in my view are (1) adapt to that particular student and (2) encourage and motivate the student along the way. Indeed, without motivation, tutoring is a fairly pointless exercise.Subjects Tutored π
