What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

Mostly I enjoy not only being able to pass on the joy I have for the subjects but also seeing the progress students make. Seeing them understand more and more and therefore enjoying the subject more, is the greatest thing about tutoring. Furthermore, I genuinely adore the subjects and like talking about them, explaining them and diving deep into the material.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I believe I am very empathetic and therefore am a good listener when it comes to what students are struggling with. Moreover, I am very organised, flexible and good at explaining. I am also adaptable and can change the prepared tutoring plan very fast according to the student's needs.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

I think the most important thing is not only being decent at explaining and individually creating a good tutoring plan for the student but also to be empathetic. Without empathy, the student will not feel like the tutor understands their struggles and is truly trying to help them. Apart from showing them that understanding and kindly communicating with them, a tutor needs to be adaptable and flexible. So finally, a tutor should have all these soft skills and be prepared for the student's struggles to improve their understanding and confidence as much as possible.
