What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
Something that I enjoy most about tutoring is seeing results. With years of informal tutoring, I have confidence in my ability to improve a student's knowledge in a particular subject, and I have seen firsthand the positive impact that tutoring can have on students' lives. From seeing my cousin's math grade go from B to an A or teaching the solar system to a 10 year old at an orphanage, teaching is just overall an enjoyable process for me.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
One of my main strengths as a tutor is my experience with the International Baccalaureate program. The IB program is known for its rigorous academic standards and being apart of that program exposed me to a variety of different teaching methods and learning strategies.
By experiencing these different teaching methods first hand, I will be able to integrate these different experiences into my tutoring sessions where I can ensure that each student will have their subjects taught according to their own needs.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I believe that the most important thing a tutor can do for a student is to make the student have confidence in himself. This is because, as a tutor nothing brings greater joy than seeing your student succeed.
