What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I wasn't aware of the opportunity to tutor students until a fellow student at my university shared her tutoring experience, which made me consider it as a potential job option. To me, tutoring involves providing guidance, assisting in learning, and preparing for what comes next. It's about sharing what I've learned before to help others with their new studies. While I haven't personally tutored, the idea of tutoring is thrilling and motivates me to aspire to become a teacher or professor in the future.

Prioritizing the clarification of doubts emerges as a top priority in tutoring. Creating a comfortable environment for students, where they understand that tutors are here to assist, is essential. Demonstrating that it's acceptable to have questions or feel uncertain or unsure, as learning and acquiring knowledge is a process. Guiding students in their studies to enhance grades and providing motivation during moments of discouragement are key responsibilities.
