What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I love working as part of a team and I'm a social as well as an outgoing person. However, I'm also an independent person. I enjoy tutoring because it allows me to be independent and develop important soft skills such as time management, problem solving as well as decision making skills. For example: I tutor year 7 maths and enjoyed it. This tutor position allowed me to be more flexible and make better decisions on the spot. Additionally, I enjoy tutoring because it allows me to form a connection with my students. It allows me to make a positive impact on students.

I would describe myself as a social, outgoing and enthusiastic person. I'm a people person and love communicating with others. I'm able to communicate one on one as well as in front of a large group with ease. This is due to my leadership experience where I was involved in leadership positions such as in the student representative council, student ambassador and peer support leader. This experience allows me to keep students engaged to the lesson that I deliver. Also, it allows me to effectively communicate with the parents and students. Also, I'm flexible and have good time management skills

I believe that is most important for a tutor to create a positive and inclusive environment for students. This environment allows students to feel a sense of belonging. I believe it's crucial to allow all students to effectively participate in tutor lessons and always be there to help the students. I believe it's important to be flexible and open according to the needs of the students. I believe that it's crucial to be flexible in order to engage the students and help students in areas they help in.
