What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I enjoy the opportunity to help those who need my help as I am aware that my help will improve their academics and it also assists me in learning my content and seeking new ways of approaching problems.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I am a very patient tutor and am willing to take the time to properly assist with a problem. In the case of subjects such as English and Psychology, I prefer to utilise a discussion-based approach in which the concepts are analysed to a deeper level in order to increase understanding and allow for application in other aspects of their study.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

Being willing to help, but also acknowledge the rare instances where a tutor may be unable to help to a confident level. I believe it is better to acknowledge if you do not know something rather than pretend you do and risk teaching something that is incorrect. When this problem is encountered, however, it is up to the tutor to rectify this by learning the concept and then teach it the next time they meet the student if the student is still stuck on the concept/idea.
