I think I generally build a genuine and intimate rapport with the student. This often allowed the student to not feel afraid to share some unique questions about their learning, ultimately enhancing their learning process. I try to keep good rapport by having some small talks outside academics as well as encouraging the student to respond back to me when possible.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
