I take time to understand the student's strengths and weaknesses with regards to the particular subject or their learning abilities in general, and tailor my approach towards them. For example, if a student is a more visual learner, I will teach by telling stories in detail or provide more visual aids. If the student is a active learner, I will test the student's understanding more frequently via questions. In addition I try to ensure the student understands the subject matter conceptually rather than a rote learning approach.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
