I enjoy seeing not only my students' academic growth, but also their personal growth due to my influence, such as a change in mindset towards study. Tutors must be able to clearly communicate to their students. Clear communication is key to ensure the success of a student. While a tutor may have great academic intelligence, it will not result in their students' growth, unless the tutor can share it in a manner that the students can use to self improve.
