Tutoring can be tough work, but highly gratifying. Personally, I feel the utmost joy upon watching a confused student's face morph into a understanding one. I am patient, kind and a very good listener. I am also very open to criticism and always take regular feedback from students about impactful my teaching has been to them specifically. I am strict with homework, but understanding as sometimes things happen that are out of our control.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
The most important thing that I, as a tutor, can do for a student is support. To support them through whatever it is they do. To know that you have someone who is waiting to consolidate what they learned at school and help them in their understanding. Someone who reminds them that they can do anything they put their minds to and to remind them, that if there is a will, there is always a way.
