What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

Having had experience in tutoring, as well as the aim of becoming a secondary teacher in the near future, I would like to continue building up my experience and Ezy Math Tutoring appears to offer a simple, fulfilling tutoring opportunity.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I am passionate about English, and find it my absolute strength - achieving a study score of 45 for the subject in 2010. I am considerate and relaxed, and don't like to pressure students but assist them at their own pace, whatever it may be. I suppose a weakness for me could be that because I am trying to help the student learn at their pace, they can try to take advantage of that and slack off on their responsibilities. I have actually had this experience before, but made sure to reel the student back in so they know they will have to put in effort in order to achieve a good result.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

To help the student feel more confident about approaching the subject they are learning - in my case, I love the feeling of getting across to a student who isn't particularly interested in English, and seeing points register on their faces. When they believe they can do something they once thought they couldn't, that is a successful tutoring session for me.
