What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I find the experience of teaching others to be very rewarding. I really enjoy helping students learn new information and achieve their goals, or helping a student pass a class in which they're currently struggling. Another thing I enjoy about tutoring is not only it can help strengthen subject comprehension, boost confidence, and build important learning skills. Tutoring also enables me to give a student individualised attention that they don't get in a crowded classroom which helps both the students who struggle to keep up, as well as those who aren't challenged enough.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I believe some of my greatest strengths are that I'm very energetic and patient. I lean on these qualities heavily while I'm tutoring. I think my energy helps keep students engaged and motivated with the material, and my patience allows them to move at their own learning pace comfortably.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

In my opinion, the two most important skills for tutoring are patience and positivity. As the ability to remain calm and respectful, and having a positive attitude can make the difference between a motivated student and an unmotivated student. I strongly believe a good tutor must be able to explain complicated concepts in a way that 'makes sense' to their student, and must be able to do so in a way that inspires their student want to engage in what they are learning.
