I have an open mind and I like to learn new things. I also like to simplify things for others to understand. I like to find new ways of doing things and sharing it to others. Personally, I believe that no person is "unteachable". Given the right approach, anyone can learn anything at anytime. I have taught Sociology, History and Asian Studies at the uni level and have been able to mentor dozens of students doing historical and qualitative research. I also have a keen interest in the natural sciences, especially biology and ecology.Most important things I can do for a student ๐
A tutor must build two things in a student: confidence and knowledge. A tutor develops confidence in a student by simplifying the learning process. Through tips and shortcuts, the student will confidently answer questions. The tutor also expands the student's knowledge by providing exposure to different learning materials.
