What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I enjoy guiding them towards their own 'victory' as I understand that everyone is smart and 'awesome' in their own way and I really enjoy making them become just that. At the same time, while tutoring, I can understand how students think and act as a person. And I enjoy working gaining new perspectives from the students by tutoring them.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
My strengths are my ability to break concepts down and relate the concepts and knowledge towards real-life application. My ability to break down concepts were proven by the fact that I helped to run a successful 'sumobot competition' as I was able to help participants understand a wide scope of robotics within 3 months, especially most of them were first-year students. My ability to relate to real-life applications helped me to guide them to build an efficient and yet elegant robot as at the end of the day, to solve real-life problems and challenges, you must be able to relate with them.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
The most important thing a tutor can do for a student is to stand in the student's shoes to understand how they think and tackle the problems in order to teach them most effectively. Also, if a tutor can relate to how students think, they can help students reach their goals and preferred grades more easily.
