I enjoy the motivation of students when they understand and feel comfortable doing certain questions. Once students feel comfortable doing certain questions, they are motivated to keep going and try harder questions which brings a sense of joy to me- knowing that they are understanding the content and also inspired to do harder tasks.My Strengths as Tutor 💪
my strengths as a tutor include my patience and adaptability. Patience is crucial as students learn and absorb content at different rates and the degree to which an individual is patient really determines the willingness of the students to learn. A frustrated tutor will lead to students feeling embarrased and not willing to properly learn content which can jeopardise their learning experience. Furthermore, each student learns differently and adapting different styles, whether they are visual learners or textbook learners is crucial to consider so that students learn effectively.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
The most important things include preplanning lesson ideas to ensure that the scope of the syllabus is covered and also ensure that time is not wasted if the student doesnt have any questions or tasks planned. Another important thing is to brush up on knowledge.
