What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

Tutoring is a learning process where not only the student but also the tutor also learns from the student and I have experienced the same through out my career. I love this profession for my strong interest in the subject of Mathematics, where we play, think, analyse and learn with numbers. So the most enjoyable part about tutoring is the interaction, where you give and take knowledge.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

One of my strengths is patience, that I have learnt is very important in tutoring, the tutor should be able to patiently answer and clear the queries of student. The other one is commitment, the teacher should be committed towards the success of the child and should put consistent efforts in supporting their student. These are the two strengths that my students and their parents would always note out, and I believe with this comes all the other necessary skills.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

The first important thing that a tutor can do for a student, is to believe in the student, believe in us strengths and try to enhance them so as to overcome the weaknesses. He may or may not be a brilliant student but if you believe in him and if you can motivate him to dream high and achieve those dreams that's the best thing you can do. The other most important thing is to build a strong personal relationship and communicate efficiently. The student must feel supported rather than forced, the student must feel motivated than saddled. Therefore it's important to build a strong relationship.
