What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

It is a knowledge replenishing process, basically I never stop learning. When I was taking tutoring sessions for the HSEE IIT aspirants, the tutoring sessions gave me a live newspaper experience wherein I can chat and interact with my students about various socio-economic, environmental and humanitarian issues which inculcated values that boost my morale.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I believe I am a patient good listener who can understand the emotions and problems of a student. I can provide personalized study plans and techniques to students who are not able to follow general guidelines. I am quite flexible which enables me to reschedule and prepone sessions according to student's requirement. I am a positive and motivated individual, thus able to transfer the same vibe to my students. I would be a constant hard working teacher, thus in my entire tenure would work hard to develop various learning strategies customized to different student's need.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

Definitely the most important thing a teacher can do for a student is to develop a supportive, strong and friendly relationship which makes the student feel comfortable and supported and enables them to share their hard feelings, questions and queries and emotional baggage with the teacher. I would like to be a goodwill hunter than being a strict disciplinarian.
