I enjoy various aspects of tutoring but the thing which motivates me the most about tutoring is seeing the students make progress and achieve their goals with whom I have shared my knowledge and expertise. When students are actually taking an interest in my class and are asking questions and making mistakes, it gives me a sense of joy that they are eager to learn and gain knowledge.
