What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I mostly enjoy the notion that I am contributing to a student's learning journey and watching them succeed as their results pay off. It is definitely rewarding. I also enjoy getting to know how they learn and introducing new study methods to assist their learning.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

Not only can I adjust and personalise my tutoring sessions for students, I am able to connect with them as well. Being a student myself, I understand the external and internal pressures of wanting to succeed, as well as the obstacles of being a young student. In saying so, I assign a reasonable amount of work in the session and possibly extra material if required. Additionally, another strength I have as a tutor is my organisation. I like to plan ahead and set goals to achieve to demonstrate progress.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

I strongly believe all students learn differently and have their own unique study methods, therefore it is important for a tutor to adjust to the student's needs and personalise the study session. However, I also consider it useful that tutors help develop new study habits and introduce new ways to learn whilst tutoring in a way that the student is still comfortable with.
