What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I do not have any formal experience with tutoring, but I have always been passionate about connecting with my community by offering whatever skills I have to others. I love to see the people around me flourish from my help and ultimately make a direct impact on the lives around me. tutoring would give me the opportunity to connect with a variety of people in my community and inspire them both personally and educationally.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I have only recently graduated high school, as of 2022, and I believe I can better understand the needs of younger students as a result. I'm not exactly a stranger to how Victorian schools work, therefore I know I can get to the root of students' academic issues faster and tackle them more efficiently through communication. I also acknowledge that everybody has different learning styles which I am capable of adapting to. I have personally worked through a number of different techniques personally, and can therefore connect to students faster and help them grow in both academics and confidence.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
whilst grades and results are critical, I believe my role to students would be to build their confidence in their own capabilities. I do not wish to stress about numbers and values for that only brings stress and disconnection. as a tutor, I would help my students perform to the best of their abilities and reinforce their successes. my role is to bring students a passion for learning, to realise the beauty of education and ultimately find growth as a student. it is my job to help students be proud of their efforts, and push through their education journey with no regrets.
