What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

Obviously, the sense of achievement is part of the enjoyment through tutoring. When you impart knowledge and enlighten their wisdom, you can understand and feel the excitement of Archimedes' Eureka time. In addition, I always try to integrate pure knowledge into real world application. That allow the students to appreciate the essence of science and engineering.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I would see myself as a scientific and engineering practitioner who uses math and chemistry on regular basis. The other strength is I am working in higher education institution (RMIT) as a technical officer, I regularly provided technical supports and academic supervision to PhD students and researchers. As I have such intensive interaction with PhD students and researchers, I have been exposed to some meaningful and profitable industrial projects and research breakthroughs.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

The most important thing that a tutor should impart to a student is not about teaching any techniques or strategies to resolve any problem. It is the basic logic or algorithm behind the problem solving. As a Chinese proverb says, give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime. Knowledge is the best charity.
