What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

My favourite thing about tutoring is seeing the growth of my students and the fact that I helped them on this path of growth is such a rewarding feeling. Also, when students thank you for helping them, really makes all the hard work and countless hours you spend with them worth it.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

-Versatility: As a tutor, we come across many different kids that all have their own, unique learning style. Some are visual learners who learn through the use of highlighting or images whilst others are aural learners who require spoken feedback. During my time as Peer Mentor, I've managed to identify what type of learners, students are and I'm versatile enough to adapt how I teach in order for them to receive the maximum benefits in our sessions -Experience: As a recently graduated High School student, I'm able to easily detect difficulties students are currently facing. -Hard-working

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

I think one of the most important things a tutor can do for a student is to provide them with the self-confidence that they're able to achieve their goals. Having that self-confidence makes students much more willing to study and work hard because they know that the goals they have set are actually achievable and aren't an insurmountable task. Another, very important thing a tutor can do for a student is to provide students with tips and tricks that their school teachers don't give them, so that they're a step ahead of their classmates.
