What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
Seeing a student grasp a concept and seeing students succeed, particularly in an area that they initially found difficult is what I love most about tutoring. It is satisfying to see their confidence grow and develop an active understanding of the content.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I believe that I am patient, a good listener and a clear communicator which are important strengths in order to be able to identify certain areas that students are having difficulties with and to take the time to explain concepts in a straightforward and concise manner that enables a student to understand. I am also respectful and positive so that students feel comfortable in the environment, which further promotes their learning.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I think the most important thing that a tutor can do for a student is take the time to understand their students' learning style. Talking time to understand this, enables a tutor to adjust the approach and tailor it to their learning style which will enable them to absorb what they are being taught quicker and to a deeper extent.
