What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I think tutoring helps other people learn and grow as it forces you to think through the basics of the subject matter, which makes you better at doing that thing. It also makes you a better communicator as you can feel more confident since you’re able to help someone else and it can be fun to share your knowledge and get good insights and fresh ideas from the students you are tutoring

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

My strengths as a tutor are my communicational and social skills. I am very patience, responsible and tolerance person and are able to solve conflicts and also be creativity and enthusiasm for teaching. I am able to explain difficult things in a simple way and have the ability to connect with children so that they can understand the chapters.

I believe that tutors need to be: 1. Honest as this helps to establish rapport and trust 2. Flexible as this means being willing to adjust techniques and approaches to meet the learning styles of the students 3. Be patient as learn not to show annoyance in your speech or body language 4. Be good listener as learn to pick up clues in your students 5. Be professional 6. Teach the students how to learn as a tutor your ultimate goal is to help the student become an independent learner.
