What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
Personally, I believe the most enjoyable and rewarding part about being a tutor is seeing my students develop not only academically, but also as people. I see students turn into amazing young adults and it is extremely rewarding to be able to be a mentor and support person to that student.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
As a tutor, one of my key strengths is my communication skills. I am able to adapt my methods of communication to engage with students of all ages, as well as to interact positively and encouragingly with parents and caregivers. Additionally, I am patient and willing to go the extra mile to ensure my students†success. I am calm, respectful, polite, and easy-going, and I believe these skills enable em to build extremely special and long-lasting relationships with every student I tutor.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I believe the most important trait of being a tutor is to be a role model to your students. It is important to not only help your students to learn and understand concepts, but also to be a positive influence to that student in every aspect of their life. Tutoring is a holistic service that should encompass more than just teaching, and while learning is an integral part of a tutoring service, I believe mentoring students into becoming confident and bright personalities ready for the real world is almost equally as important.
