What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
Being able to learn new subjects in the constantly changing curriculum and being able to share my knowledge, and delevop new methods of learning for, students in need.
My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
My own capacity for learning. Information retention and comprehensive analysis. Communication skills. Being able to adapt my teaching methods to the needs of a student. I am highly skilled in problem solving and I really enjoy being able to find the strategy a student needs for achieving their educational goals. I have mentored at a tertiary level on behalf of a college and am currently working on my second degree.
Most important things I can do for a student π
Listen to feedback. Make sure they understand what they are being taught and determine if a new approach is needed. Sometimes the same information can be summarised and presented in a different way that is just easier for some people to understand.
