What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I really find joy in teaching and sharing my knowledge to my peers. It feels absolutely rewarding to see my peers understand a concept that they did not previously understand. I believe that knowledge is power and that everyone should have easy access to knowledge. I also enjoy getting to know and interact with other students. As I believe that everyone is unique in learning, I find it very fascinating to observe how different students have different logics and different ways of learning and solving a certain problem.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

As a student myself, I think I can definitely relate to how another student would think. I believe that I am capable of translating a teacher's/lecturer's complicated words and teachings into a simpler and friendly language that is easy to understand. I also tend to be able to put myself into the other people's position/logical thinking. Therefore I can easily identify gaps in the knowledge of other students. By identifying these gaps, I can then teach them the correct way or knowledge that they need in order to excel in their studies. I am also patient and understanding.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

A tutor should be able to inspire a student. By giving knowledge, a tutor should not just make a student achieve a higher grade. Instead, I believe that a tutor should inspire students, stimulate their brains, challenge them and also spark curiosity. This way, a student will have natural interest towards the subject and will be motivated to learn deeper.
