What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
The best moment for me as a tutor is when the student succeeds in their subjects and their lives. In addition, I love it when people really understand the concept of a theory or an idea. So, they can gain the knowledge to solve other related problems instead of the same one. On the other hand, dealing with youngsters can improve my interpersonal skills by answering their questions. I can improve my time management and be more confident in myself.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
Tutoring is all about developing the mindset and behaviour of people. My strengths are having a positive mindset, being punctual, and energetic, being willing to listen to problems, and patiently explaining the concept of solutions. Giving a solution can possibly solve a problem, however, explaining why the solution is can change the mindset of a person. To add to these facts, as a master of engineering student, I can give proper examples of the usage of theories.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
A tutor needs to be the person who can create a proper learning experience so that the students will be active learners and concentrate more on their studies. The most important one is listening to the problems and difficulties of their students and showing them the ways to solve them with proper explanations. Quizzes and tutorials can be used to improve problem-solving skills. If it is group work, additional teamwork skills can also improve.
