What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
The fact that I am literally able to transfer knowledge from my brain to someone else's brain, makes me happy. The fact that I am teaching people, makes it easier for them. These are the things I enjoy the most.My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
Being able to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the student along with modifying the course so that it is easier for the student to understand and apply it, I think is one of my biggest strengths.Most important things I can do for a student π
Firstly, being kind, patient and listening to the student matters the most. This is because not everyone is the same, not everyone has the same capacity to understand and grasp the concept. One student may understand it in a minute, whereas another may take 10. So its very important that the tutor is kind, patient and listens to the student. Another thing that is important is that the tutor can do is not invalidate the student. This is because, a student should not feel stupid for asking any questions. No matter how small or big.
