A thorough review of all key concepts within chapters 11 and 12. Particularly, optimisation and application-based problems. Open and honest communication with regards to areas of difficulty.

We have been over many of the tricky concepts over this session, and am confident that Eleanor has a good handle on them. I believe the only thing to be improved is Eleanor's confidence in her own abilities, particularly when approaching a question with convoluted wording. Eleanor is fully equipped with the skills to handle whatever is thrown at her in this topic, we will continue to revise SAC/exam techniques to overcome this.

We were able to discuss methods and approaches that would best align themselves with Eleanor's learning style, particularly with regards to solving and graphing exponential and logarithmic equations.

We will work on visualisation and detail orientation with regards to approaching these graphing questions. This is a useful skill to build as these question types increase in their convolution.

We were able to identify and articulate areas of difficulty and work through them, which is especially important as a foundation to the advanced concepts that are quickly approaching (calculus - differentiation).

Approaching tricky application questions is always difficult for students, and separates A's from A+'s. We will continue to implement certain visualisation techniques throughout the year to assist with this.

We were able to effectively work through areas of difficulty, and openly communicate about any confusion surrounding school homework.
