What do I enjoy most about tutoring? ๐Ÿ˜

I find tutoring to be a very enjoyable experience as it allows me to utilise my skills and passion to help others. Being able to see another student develop their understanding and confidence is something I find extremely rewarding.

My Strengths as Tutor ๐Ÿ’ช

I always try to understand concepts comprehensively, meaning that I will never accept a formula or idea without first knowing why it works. This enables me to pass on that understanding to others and actually explain the meaning of the material learnt rather than just the procedure. I am also able to explain things in multiple ways, whether they be abstractly or visually depending on the person's preference. I always do it in a simple manner which is easy to grasp.

Most important things I can do for a student ๐Ÿ…

I think versatility and variety are the most important characteristics since different learning methods work for different people. Being able to acknowledge different teaching styles and having the ability to use them according to the specific person being taught is what I believe to be of greatest importance. A tutor should also be understanding of one's difficulties in learning concepts, requiring patience and avoiding any form of condescension.
