I enjoy the process of just being able to impart my knowledge to other individuals and seeing them being able to understand and improve from what they were before gives me the satisfaction and motivates me to tutor.My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I have realised that for a person to develop, it is essential that they are not being given the answer straightaway and I feel that, that is something I consciously trying to execute in my teaching style. Thus, I ensure I keep the lessons and teaching materials engaging and relevant. Furthermore, when a student approaches me with a problem they are facing with a concept or extended question, I would provide them with the tools (eg: which chapters or education YouTube videos to refer to or a similar problem) to use to get them to their goal of finding a solution.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I think the tutor should at all times provide encouragement and support for the student regardless of their background or state of progress and never ever compare a student with another as each of them are in their own path and have their own pace. Furthermore, if they have any problems with reaching their goal, it is crucial for the tutor to guide the student step-by-step and also allowing them to be pro-active instead of spoon feeding everything for the student.Tutoring students in 👦 👧
