What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
The best thing about tutoring is the satisfaction of being able to see the children you tutor excel in what they are learning. I believe tutoring is a reflection of your own knowledge, so when you teach a child well enough to excel, both the child and yourself can be proud.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
My strengths I believe as a tutor is that I have extreme patience to deal with kids. Furthermore, I also believe I can understand some of what they go through. When I was in school myself I got tutored as well, but didn't enjoy it until I had a tutor who had the patience to teach me properly and listen to what concerns I had about my studies. With this, I think I can implement this knowledge to help other kids.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
The most important things a tutor can do for a student is to have patience, be willing to take feedback as a tutor, and put the most effort in helping a child get most out of their learning. Often when working with kids of a young age, they can get frustrated quickly if they don't understand something, so it is important to be able to quickly calm them down and then be patient in helping them figure out what they have trouble understanding. Furthermore, as a tutor you should be willing to take feedback on whether the method of teaching is most effective for the individual being tutored.
