My strengths I believe as a tutor is that I have extreme patience to deal with kids. Furthermore, I also believe I can understand some of what they go through. When I was in school myself I got tutored as well, but didn't enjoy it until I had a tutor who had the patience to teach me properly and listen to what concerns I had about my studies. The most important things a tutor can do for a student is to have patience, be willing to take feedback as a tutor, and put the most effort in helping a child get most out of their learning. Often when working with kids of a young age, they can get frustrated quickly if they don't understand something, so it is important to be able to quickly calm them down and then be patient in helping them figure out what they have trouble understanding.
