What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
The best part about tutoring is the interaction with students, and helping them overcome a problem that they previously found impossible. Seeing students overcome obstacles is one of the greatest pleasures of tutoring, which motivates me to work in the field more than others.My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
I believe it'ss easier for me to get on a grounded level with the students as I have faced similar challenges not too recently and continue to face new ones in academics. Additionally, I structure all my classes as per what the student can cope up with, instead of having a set structure, because not everyone faces the same weak points; strengthening their weaknesses and boosting their strengths is what I believe to be one of my best abilities.Most important things I can do for a student π
Actively listen, thatβs what lacks the most in a school-student relationship which breaks down a student and make them approach outside help. If a tutor fails to listen to the students needs, they are failing this role miserably. Itβs the core of being a tutor, besides knowing what youβre telling your student.
