What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I think the most enjoying part of tutoring is that during the course of the project, I can witness the growth of a child and witness their growth from being ignorant of a topic to mastering it. And as a tutor, It is very rewarding and proud to have been a part of this growth.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

My strength as a tutor is my working experience in this field. I have been working in a formal tutoring agency for nearly a year. During this period, I gained many abilities that were previously weak, such as how to communicate with children, how to do behavior management and so on. Moreover, I love my job very much, and I also like my students, and I have established a good relationship with them. It makes me happy and makes my life more fulfilling.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

According to my work experience, what a tutor can do for students is to stimulate their interest in a subject, and when they are confused about certain topics, provide them with ideas and help them explore to find the final answer, rather than tell them the theoretical answer directly. This will give students a sense of accomplishment about their achievement, and the tutor is the one who leads them to find this sense of accomplishment.
