What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I enjoy working with all children and teenagers, in fact, my end goal in University and in future occupations is to work alongside and with kids. I love working with a range of kids and being able to guide and help them in any way possible and according to their needs and abilities. I myself completed multiple tutoring courses from years 2-10 and think that all tutoring can teach not only educational materials but also organisation, time management and other essential life skills. I hope to show and enable other younger children to gain these skills to better themselves and gain confidence.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
By ensuring they are achieving to the best of their abilities, they can harness their knowledge to suit themselves and what they aim to do in the future. As a young tutor, I understand that no child learns the same way and each student must be cared for and understood to suit their needs and abilities. I am confident that I will be able to specify learning types for each student as well as ensure that enjoy tutoring rather than seeing it as a task while also learning as much as they can. Although hard to do so, I believe that my learning methods may bring enjoyment to studying and learning.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
As aforementioned, tutors need to ensure that they are able to mould their learning techniques and educational materials to best suit each individual student. Whether this is to be achieved by altering teaching methods, creating new learning tricks, adding games or just some fun interactions, especially with younger students, tutors must be able to understand the fundamental and core needs of a student to best suit the unique learning methods. As an individual who struggled to learn in conventional black-and-white learning methods, I extremely value individualized learning schedules.

Will continue working on reading as the child got frustrated while trying to read a book and did not engage as well. Will have to also continue working on mental maths and focusing on one thing at a time and not ahead of oneself.
