The interaction with the student. Honestly, it is a pleasure to see the student light up when they realize how they are actually going to solve the Question, and are able to grasp the concepts. Plus, the interaction allows me to know the mind of the student a little better, and be able to nudge them in the right direction.My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I assume that i like to make the student at ease with myself. The more comfortable they would be around me, the lower the walls of apprehension and concern would be. Of course, it doesn't mean that I would let them do whatever they want, but to allow them to open up and connect with me, the problem at hand, and the solution they want to obtain.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
