I have been conducting lectures in Engineering college for about 10years. However, I have been enjoying Tutoring most because of its nature of individual interaction and liberty to follow a more innovative approach towards learning. A Tutor can change students perception towards study or the subject. I believe its the perception of student towards study / subject which makes it difficult for them to understand it.
