What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I love working with people and tutoring is one of those jobs which requires one to communicate well with people. According to me, the one who imparts knowledge is the greatest doner of all. As in my informal experience in tutoring, my juniors got more marks in certain subjects then me and that feeling when your student does better than you is unparallel to any. I am a leader by nature and it is my duty to develop leaders who are better than me. With tutoring, I get the satisfaction that I have served the community and hence feel it is a great job.

My Strengths as Tutor πŸ’ͺ

I have strong communication skills and feel that I can connect well with students. Being a detail oriented person, I am able to explain the concept better to a student. I am well organized in my work as I don't like to do things in a haphazard manner. I am able to connect the concept with real life example which would give a clear understanding to the student.

Most important things I can do for a student πŸ…

Tutors are the ones who shape the future of a child. Through their knowledge they help students to overcome their subjects by providing conceptual clarity. I feel tutors are like air traffic controllers who give the right direction and motivation to their students to help them fly in their life. Not only imparting knowledge is important, a tutor also needs to be a friend to his or student as not only academics but other aspects of life need mentoring as well. I feel all students are bright and it is the tutor's job to find the problem faced by them and resolve it.
