What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
The most enjoying part is when I see my students getting good results at their assessments.
I teach them quick math tricks every now and then so they can show off in front of their classmates at school. It gives them a sense of superiority.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I struggled with mathematics when I started high school because I had a bad teacher. I got extra classes after school with one of the best teachers in our city and have been smashing mathematics ever since. I know the difference between bad and good teaching and that is what makes me stand out among other tutors. Many people may have the knowledge but not many people know the most efficient level of delivery.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
Tutoring is not just about writing formulas on paper and solving equations. Tutoring is about connecting with the student, listening to them and understanding them. Only then a tutor can see what topics the students are struggling with and be able to help them. A tutor can go on and on and on for hours with a lot of knowledge base and high level information, but it does not necessarily mean the student will be able to understand and digest the content. A tutor needs to know where to start from and where to finish.
