Oh I like it when the students understand the content after I explain it, it's a good feeling. When they start understanding and improving, it lets me know I'm doing something right and it helps the student wit their grades too.My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I would say my strengths as a tutor would be thinking of different ways to communicate concepts for the students to understand. Patience is also a strength. Some students in my experience get the work instantly, but students being students, sometimes aren't concentrated at the time of tutoring, so the patience and ability to bring their attention back to the work is important.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
Supporting them is very important. I think there's no point or there's little impact to the student when the tutor doesn't support them in a way they need. Some students don't need much support but some students might need more help than others and having more work load on top of school with not much support is demotivating.Tutoring students in 👦 👧
