What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
During both my High school and Primary School experience, I gained a lot of support from attending tutoring lesson myself, I hope to be able to not only guide students to reach their full academic potential as a tutor but also give them the reassurance they need to remain confident in their own abilities.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I think that I would make a great tutor as I will value my students as individuals, catering lesson to suit their specific needs and learning styles so they can continue to use these techniques to their advantage and gain a better understanding of study techniques that work for them. I would take a holistic approach that aims to equip students with the knowledge and confidence to not only do well in school but in the future
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I think the most important role a tutor has for their students is to provide them with confidence, being able to walk into an exam room confident in your abilities and knowledge is one of the biggest challenges. By helping students be confident it will not only immensely help them in exam rooms, but help them pave a pathway for themselves outside of school. In gaining this confidence they know they can achieve their goals, even if sometimes that involves getting a bit of help along the way.
