Seeing the smile on my student when they understand the problem and know how to solve it. That will give me more enthusiasm to my job. - Being patient! For me this has to be my number one strength and also the most important thing you need when it comes to teaching young-ages. No one is perfect so you need to be patient with the student and keep trying to help them in learning - Good knowledge at Math. If you want to teach them right, you need to be correct first, so they don't learn your mistakes. That would be very dangerous - Communication will come last. I believe my English and my way of talking is good enough to deliver a lesson and more importantly to make friend with them.
