What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I enjoy teaching and helping students that are curious and eager to learn about new topics that they have not covered before. I also enjoy the progress that students make across a short period of time. For example in Kumon, students that are able to move to the next level in their syllabus after they score well on a test. Observing them improve in both their mental development and intelligence provides me with satisfaction and purpose to my work.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

Personal strengths that I have received feedback from colleagues alike include: determination, Enthusiasm and adaptability. Weaknesses that I have found about myself include lack of patience, certain communication and my ability to show empathy at moments.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

Important things a tutor can do for a student can be as subtle as providing the basic habits of Learning and self progression for the student. Many younger students struggle with this and tutoring can only go so far for them. Enforcing self-learning and the confidence to learn sometimes can be more beneficial than the topics covered.
