What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
The things I enjoy most about tutoring is that you learn something different from every child. Everyone learns differently, the best way to teach kids is to find tricks that fits their learning style. With that comes down to the tutor really learning the kid. Kids can surprise you more and more everyday, their mind is so festinating that they can teach you just as much as you are teaching them. I enjoy that when they end up solving a problem their eyes light up and it feel so smart, independent, and encouraged.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I think my strengths as a tutor is my patience, a kids can take 30 minutes to solve a problem but we will work through every strategy so that they can leave confident.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
The most important thing about tutoring is making sure you are working towards your students confidence. No matter what it takes or how long it takes, what matters is that they feel confident enough in their ability to execute what they came in struggling with. I also think active listening is an important skills because a tutor can become a mentor just by showing the child that they are there for them more then just academically.
