What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
To me, teaching has always been a way to give back to the society. Teaching helps me attain a sense of satisfaction that no other job has been able to match. This gives me a motive to keep going and enjoy the journey. Furthermore, as an Engineer and a Physicist I strive to develop a deep understanding and knowledge specifically in areas of Math and Physics. And in my opinion, teaching is the best way to attain that level of understanding.
My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
I believe it's highly essential for a tutor to be patient when dealing with a student and that's a quality I am proud to possess. I never give up on my students and make it my mission to end the session with the student confident about the topic taught.
Most important things I can do for a student π
It's pretty common to hear students talk about their fear of Math and how they dislike the subject. In my opinion, the root cause is a lack of clear fundamentals and a weak base, which compounds over the years. As a tutor, I think it's to help identify the weak areas in the student's understanding and help them improve their concepts using visual computer aided explanations and furthermore, offer loads of practice to gain confidence and intuition of those concepts. I hope to see every student of mine develop an innate liking and enthusiasm for the subject.
